In a fast-paced society such as ours, making time to exercise can take some efforts. According to the American Heart Association, " in the hierarchy of health pursuits, building stronger muscles is near the very top". I offer several classes that can meet your weekly regime.  Exercising at least a couple times each week with help you achieve stronger muscles, loss fat, and live a healthy life. Sunday and Saturday classes  available between 0900-1700. Weekdays classes starts at 1700 to 2000 with an exception of one day being closed. Some additional Tuesday/Thursday may be closed due to prior engagements. Calendars are availble for each month .

SERVICES

                  CIRCUIT TRAINING

 

 is fast-paced class in which you do one exercise for 30 seconds to 1 minute and then move on to another exercise. It increases your strength and aerobic fitness and burns lots of calries.  circuit is for busy people who want to combine a strength and aerobic routine in one workout.

           KETTLE BELL TRAINING

 

   is a unique blend of strength and cardio based exercise used to build stregnth, endurance, agility and balance and is a great tool for fat loss.

           CORE STRENGTH

 

  provides strength and stability of the rectus abdominals and transverse abdominis, better known as the abdominal muscles, and the oblique, lwer-back and gluteus.

           STRENGTH TRAINING

 

   is a method of improving muscular strength by gradually increasing the ability to resist force through the use of free weights or the person's onw body weight.

           KICKBOXING AEROBIC

   is a intense kickboxing workout which consist os a combination of aerobics, boxing, and martial arts, which can improve strength, aerobic fitness, flexibility, coordination and balance.
